Background
In 1998, Jeff Thompson, P.E., S.E. formed CSE Consultants. It is a Civil Structural Engineering company, specializing in the analysis, design and evaluation of steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and wood structures. Jeff’s structural engineering experience of over twenty-eight years, includes analysis and design of industrial facilities, wastewater treatment facilities for industrial plants, power plant structures for air pollution control projects, commercial structures and residential structures. He has extensive experience in the structural evaluation and retrofit of existing structures for increased loads. He also has extensive experience in forensic analysis of industrial, commercial and residential structures with varying degrees of structural failure or serviceability issues. Jeff’s experience in structural engineering extended to projects worldwide, including Canada, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
Jeff received both his MSCE and BSCE from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN.
Licenses
Jeff Thompson is registered with the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and therefore can easily apply for and obtain comity licensure in any of the other states.
